The unsexy part of black-car service is the part that matters. Here's how we run ours.
Chauffeurs
- MVR check on hire and refreshed annually — clean record required.
- Background screen via a third-party verifier (criminal + sex offender + employment).
- Defensive-driving certification and a road-test ride-along before a chauffeur takes their first paid trip.
- Drug screen on hire and at random.
Vehicles
- Weekly walk-around inspection — tires, lights, fluids, interior cleanliness, child-seat anchors.
- OEM service intervals strictly followed.
- Each vehicle carries a first-aid kit, water, and a phone-charger set (USB-C + Lightning).
Insurance
Commercial auto coverage with a $1M Combined Single Limit (CSL) scheduled to take effect ahead of Phase 5 affiliate dispatch. Phase 1 coverage meets all FL Vehicle-For-Hire minimums and is filed with Palm Beach County and the FAA-permitted airport authorities.
