Reservations & pricing
- Flat rates are quoted in writing before you confirm. Once confirmed, the rate doesn't change unless you change the trip.
- Hourly trips have a two-hour minimum.
- Tolls, gratuity (suggested 18-20%), and waiting time over 15 minutes from the booked pickup may add to the total.
Cancellation
Phase 1 cancellation is free of charge. The full cancellation schedule (free > 24h, 50% 24-2h, 100% < 2h) takes effect with Phase 2 online checkout — you'll be told the policy on the booking page before you commit.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip in cases of abuse toward chauffeurs, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct.
Liability
Ride Wonder LLC carries commercial auto insurance meeting all Florida Vehicle-For-Hire requirements. The full liability schedule appears in the counsel-drafted version.
