Terms of service
The rules of the road.
These terms cover reservations made through ridewonder.com. By booking, you agree to them.

Reservations & pricing
- Flat rates for airport and cruise-port transfers are quoted in writing before you confirm. Once confirmed, the rate doesn't change unless you change the trip.
- Hourly trips have a two-hour minimum — $100/hr for the Suburban, $70/hr for the Tesla.
- Tolls are included where the quote says so (Miami routes). Gratuity is welcome but never required or auto-added.
- Extras billed after the trip, always communicated first: additional stops ($25 each), waiting time beyond 15 minutes at pickup ($1.00/minute). Child seats are free with 48 hours' notice.
- Airport and cruise transfers seat up to 6 with standard luggage (Chevrolet Suburban). The Tesla Model X (hourly only) seats up to 4. We may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you book, your card is saved on file — nothing is charged at booking. Once we confirm your chauffeur, we place an authorization hold for the quoted fare, and your card is charged only after your trip is complete — we never see or store your full card number. If the card network releases an authorization before pickup, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the quoted fare after your trip. We may also use your saved card for post-trip add-ons (an extra stop, wait time beyond the included window, or extra hours); we'll let you know before any additional charge.
Cancellation, changes & no-shows
Cancel free of charge any time before your trip begins — use Manage reservation or email us. Because your card is only charged after the trip, a timely cancellation means no charge; if an authorization hold had already been placed for your confirmed chauffeur, it releases automatically (your bank may show it for a few business days). If we introduce a last-minute cancellation fee, you'll see the exact policy on the booking page before you confirm.
Once the authorization hold is placed for your confirmed chauffeur, trip details are locked online — email us to change the pickup time, addresses, or passenger count and we'll re-confirm the fare with you before anything changes.
If you're not at the pickup location and can't be reached within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup (60 minutes for airport arrivals, measured from actual touchdown), the trip may be marked a no-show and the full quoted fare may be charged.
Service expectations
We track inbound flights when you give us a flight number and adjust pickups for early or delayed arrivals. Travel times are estimates — we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or airline and port operations, and we recommend generous buffers for flights and cruise departures. Items left in a vehicle are held for 30 days; email us to arrange return.
Conduct
No smoking or vaping in vehicles. Seat belts are required, and children must use appropriate restraints under Florida law. Passengers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip in cases of abuse toward chauffeurs, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct.
Liability
Ride Wonder LLC carries commercial auto insurance meeting all Florida Vehicle-For-Hire requirements. Except where Florida law provides otherwise, our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; venue for any dispute is Palm Beach County, Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, dated above. Changes don't affect a reservation you've already confirmed.
